* Conference fee includes 22% VAT. 

Applications shall be accepted until August 25, 2020. The application also serves as an order form, and shall be used for payment purposes.

The participation fee covers:

• international conference participation
• conference materials
• coffee brakes and snacks

Deregistrations and returns

Registered participants can deregister their participation under the following conditions:

• written deregistration note should be sent in email August 25, 2020 the latest to: mindfulness@eduvision.si.
• If deregistration is sent before or on August 25, 2020, you will only be charged the EUR 50 administrative costs.
• There will be no participation fee refunds if deregistration is sent after August 25, 2020.
• Refunds will be made after the conference conclusion. In your deregistration note please include all the details of your bank account where you want to receive your refund to.
